Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible in our sleepwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original tags are included, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
